I haven't updated this thing in over two months. I suppose I owe you all an entry. Well, if you couldn't tell, I stopped working on Kael. Why? It got too hard. I've hit a wall and I don't know how to get around it. I might pick up on coloring him again, but not until I've gotten better at coloring in general. I've been working on new things. Both written and drawn. I also finished reading the comic book Sandman. Neil Gaiman took us all on quite an adventure with that one. I was thinking it might be interesting for me and for others to be able to track my work and how far I've gotten with Mr. Kael'thas, so I'll be updating this journal with a screenshot of my progress every day or so. Day 1: You've already seen this one. It's a simple, half-finished sketch of Kael. Day 2: The sketch is finished! Kael now has clothes. _< Day 5: I spent most of the time trying to figure out how to draw good, smiling lips but it did not come out right! X_x Can someone please help me with that? Any tips, tutorials or anything? I just need a good basic shape. Also, he has hair! Which I don't like, so I might redo that sometime.
